Compliance Monitoring For Native Hardwood

Taking care of the quality and safety of native hardwood is necessary when planting them on your property. That's why at Cypress Brake Tree Farm, we provide a compliance monitoring service, so you can make sure that your space and the care of your plantings comply with the established requirements.

Why Compliance Monitoring Is Necessary

The native hardwood seedlings that we grow and harvest are special trees, and their care must be ensured due to the risk that different factors can cause, such as:

  • An increased area devoted to agricultural activities.
  • Accelerated soil degradation and loss
  • Overexploitation of timber and the effects of climate change, such as forest fires.
  • Floods and landslides lead to the transformation of the landscape as we know it.
  • Landscapes as we know them
  • Other species may be planted in the same area over time.

All of these factors and more can affect the growth and health of the trees, so at Cypress Brake Tree Farm, we take care of collecting the necessary data to ensure the safety of the native oak.

Based on the information obtained, we considered whether or not the presence of the species in the field is relevant. Also, we collect a description of the state of the land and the different species that make it up to determine phytosanitary status, time of fruiting or flowering, and biophysical characteristics of the habitat.
